Similar to Luxury Vinyl Tile, linoleum, vinyl sheet tile, and fiber floor can be firm yet comfortable to step on, easy to clean and maintain. All of these choices are perfect for bathrooms because some products, such as linoleum contains linseed, which is a natural antibacterial agent. It’s perfect in bathrooms, kitchens, workspaces, playrooms and offices.
Considerations:
Linoleum and fiber floor can be a bit slippery when climbing out of the tub, so it’s best to choose a design that has some texture. Linoleum is also made with linseed oil, and can curl if soaked in corners. Make sure all seals are in tact to prevent mold which can develop underneath.
