During an estimate, the representative will determine how much carpet you will need and draw up a scale layout of the room. This will help the installation team know where to place seams, how to match patterns and how to lay the carpet to minimize waste.
Depending on your purchase (such as replacing former carpet and lino for tile, stone, wood), a new subfloor may be required or repaired/prepared for the new installs.
